Hi, I’m Lexie, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Auric Clearing Specialist with over 10 years of experience in energy work.
I trained with The Awakening Within and was taught the Auric Clearing Protocol developed by Toby Alexander (Swami Shivananda Brahmananda). I received my massage therapy education through Mind Body Institute and have a longstanding passion for understanding how the unseen aspects of our experience can influence our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
As a facilitator, my role is to create a grounded, intentional space and guide the Auric Clearing process. Through this work, we identify and clear energetic blocks, patterns, and imprints that may be impacting your life and overall sense of well-being. My intention is to support you in reconnecting with your innate wisdom, strengthening your relationship with yourself, and participating within healing your own energy field - allowing you to take more ownership of who you are and becoming sovereign.
I believe healing occurs when we create space for greater awareness, alignment, and self-empowerment, and I am honored to support others on that journey.
Laura is a sound healing practitioner. She embarked on her path in early 2022, training under Ann Sensing in Nashville, TN, to earn her certification. With a musical background shaping her approach, she utilizes the power of sound, employing voice and delicate instruments to guide clients through transformative experiences. Creating a space conducive to relaxation and introspection, Laura’s focus lies in facilitating a deep sense of calm, allowing bodies to rest, minds to unwind, and individuals to rediscover their inner power.
